XAlphaTrack ("we", "us", "the service") automatically aggregates and scores publicly available investment calls posted by analysts on X (formerly Twitter). It is an informational research tool only. Access to and use of the service is governed by these terms.
Nothing on XAlphaTrack constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial service. XAlphaTrack is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulator.
Past performance of any analyst shown on this service does not represent, guarantee, or predict future results. Analyst scores and statistics are derived from publicly posted content and may contain errors introduced by automated classification. Market data is provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed or inaccurate.
You are solely responsible for any financial or investment decisions you make. You should seek independent professional advice before making any investment. We accept no liability whatsoever for losses or damages arising from reliance on any information displayed on this service.
The service offers two access tiers:
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly ($12/month) or annual ($120/year) basis via Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with 30 days' written notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops your next renewal; you retain Pro access until the end of the current paid period. We do not issue refunds for any unused portion of a billing period.
If a payment fails, we will retry automatically. After repeated failures your account may be downgraded to Free.

The data aggregation methodology, scoring framework, and presentation on this service are our intellectual property. Analyst tweets remain the intellectual property of their respective authors; we display public tweet content under fair dealing principles for the purpose of commentary, research, and analysis.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. AI-assisted classification may produce errors; scores are estimates, not endorsements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The service relies on third-party infrastructure including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (billing), and Cloudflare (network and delivery). We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these services.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
