ASTS is going for native voice calls. SpaceX did D2D text only (makes sense, if i'm dying, i rather text my location than yelling over GPS location in a storm). SpaceX is also already did the broadband data, so i can facetime in normal situation. $ASTS finding a niche where there is no business.
